Jannice Jones MSc is the CEO of Quiet Tide Consulting, specialising in the
intersection of neurodiversity and organisational design. Unlike traditional EDI
approaches that focus on individual adjustments, Jannice helps companies re-
engineer their Operating Systems to reduce turnover and unlock the hidden ROI of
a neuro-inclusive workforce.
