Our Pricing

We believe in clear, honest, no-nonsense pricing. That’s why our rates are published openly, with straightforward examples to help you understand exactly what your stand will cost. No surprises and no hidden extras. Our regular price is £235+vat per sqm.

We reward early commitment by offering early adopter discounts to businesses that book in advance. What we don’t do is last-minute fire sales or “mates’ rates”. Every exhibitor invests their hard-earned money to be part of our events and we believe that deserves fairness, transparency and respect.

Everyone is treated equally. It should be standard practice but in this industry, unfortunately, it often isn’t.
