Adrian is founder and director at The Bioasis – an award winning outdoor company based in Devon, delivering purpose-led adventures that build resilience, agility and impact in a rapidly changing world. With 25 years’ experience in adventure travel, expeditions and ethical tourism, Adrian has taken over 8,000 school children on expeditions across the world. Building relations with communities and partners in more than 60 countries, as well as trekking in the Himalaya, crossing the Sahara and getting lost in Africa’s Heart of Darkness, Adrian is no stranger to getting out of the office, pushing comfort zones and understanding the power of nature and adventure to build resilience in people and organisations. Adrian is a passionate believed in better business – one that actively contributes to a better planet. One that encourages failure, resilience and diversity of thought.
