AI has some amazing advantages to help businesses become successful, but like all tools it has its negatives side effects too. Alan draws on his experience from science, the military and Olympic sport to identify practical solutions to maximise team performance and get the best out of your newest team member, AI. No one is as smart as all of us.

Speaker Bio

I’m not your average consultant. Sport psychologist, elite military, Head of High-Performance coaching for Team GB and now working with businesses. I’ve been there, got a few T shirts, both as a leader and a ‘trainer’. The difference is the breadth of teams I’ve worked with (and in) and the science that underpins the art of developing performance. I’m a specialist in teams and expertise. I’m fascinated by teams, because I know first-hand what’s it like to be in great ones and awful ones. I know the power teams can have on the lives of others, the joy, confidence and success camaraderie brings. I’m driven to help teams and people experience that inspirational, primeval pleasure of belonging to a tribe that cares, nurtures and performs at its best. Work should be inspirational not a chore.
