Speaker Bio

Dr. Tshidi Gardiner is an award-winning Veterinary Surgeon, Wellbeing Coach, Mum, and international speaker with over 20 years of clinical experience. She is the recipient of the 2025 Bright Minds Wellness Champion Award and the 2022 Bartram Wellbeing Award, recognising her outstanding contribution to mental health and wellbeing in the veterinary profession.

A certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and experienced leader, Tshidi is a Trustee for a mental health charity, championing wellbeing and support across the profession. She is also the Founder of the Gardiner Coaching Academy, where she delivers practical training and courses on stress management, resilience, and burnout prevention. Tshidi has authored wellbeing journals, affirmation books and created user-friendly resources. Through her work, she equips leaders and teams with practical, evidence-based positive psychology tools to transform wellbeing into a sustainable, strategic advantage.
