This session provides practical examples of how AI can automate workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock value from existing data. Drawing on real projects, the talk explores prompt design, AI-assisted workflows, and safe implementation approaches that organisations can begin experimenting with immediately.

Speaker Bio

Kevin Bath is the Founder of Flowmoco, a senior software and data-engineering team based in the South West of England that designs and modernises business-critical systems. With over 25 years of engineering experience, Kevin specialises in system architecture, secure automation, and the practical implementation of governed AI in environments where reliability and auditability are essential.
Through Flowmoco, Kevin and his team work with organisations including Vodafone, Crown Agents Bank, Corpay, Innovate UK, and Devon & Cornwall Police to modernise operational platforms and data systems that sit at the centre of revenue and operations. Their work typically focuses on billing systems, data platforms, integrations, and automated workflows where legacy systems cannot simply be switched off and mistakes are costly.

Kevin’s approach prioritises controlled, incremental modernisation; replacing fragile processes with reliable systems while ensuring organisations retain full ownership of their software, data, and infrastructure.
