From Firefighting to Flow: Regain Control of Daily Operations

1pm – 1.20pm

Seminar Description

Many organisations work hard yet remain stuck in firefighting. Missed commitments, excess inventory, recurring issues, and exhausted managers are symptoms of unstable operations. This masterclass explains how high-performing operations regain control through simple daily management, clear problem ownership, and reliable systems. Participants leave with a practical mental model to diagnose instability, focus effort, and move from reactive management to predictable operational performance.
