Paul Hamill is the business development manager for Makeitfuture UK, the UK subsidiary of the leading specialist automation, integration and AI house in Europe.

Paul is an experienced and respected driver of business improvement and changes across companies across different sectors and ranging in size from SME to corporates. Always focusing on people, process, data being enabled by technology to make
businesses work more efficiently, effectively, meet the needs of customers and remain competitive.

Paul has a strong focus on collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based decision making. He works closely with managers and multidisciplinary teams to translate strategic ambition into practical delivery. Over the years Paul has been responsible for making sure the technical solution is correct and can be supported, without the client needing to be technical.
