Capacity Vs Calm – Re-thinking Resilience…

12.30pm – 12.50pm

Seminar Description

I often hear “you must be very ‘zen’, which would be lovely, but that misses the point. Workplace wellbeing can sometimes have a focus on calming people down – which isn’t wrong – but our nervous systems are built for action. People don’t need to ‘switch off’, they need to stay effective under pressure. We’ll explore capacity, tolerance and why it’s time to rethink what resilience at work really means.
