After 26 years in the Royal Air Force — including serving as a Senior Leadership Instructor at RAF Cranwell — Terry developed a deep understanding of how people, purpose, and performance work together in high‑pressure environments. Today, as co‑founder of PROPEL Business Consultancy, he brings that same clarity and calm structure to the world of SME leadership. Terry works together with his business partner Katie Ayland, whose background as a solicitor and law‑firm director adds rigour, operational strength, and a unique ability to simplify complexity.
